Back to the login screen for a second. If a guide tells every new employee to use a universal “default password” formula, treat that as unverified unless it matches the current UPSers page shown to you through UPS channels. The public UPSers registration page checked describes a PIN-based first setup, not a public default-password formula.

Password reset: employee number only, not the customer reset

MFA is not optional background noise

UPS’s MFA page says multi-factor authentication adds an extra layer of security and that company policy requires MFA to protect data and systems.
